Contract workers at Trent are a diverse group representing all academic disciplines. Our membership changes from year to year due to the nature of trent`s contract academic work, which poses considerable challenges for both individual and local members. These circumstances make it even more important for members to familiarize themselves with our collective agreement and to stay in touch with Aboriginal people. We are here to support. Tufa and the university administration have accepted other letters (LoU), Memoranden (MoA, MoU) or Settlement Protocols (MoS) that contain common interpretations of certain sections of the collective agreement or that reflect agreements on related issues that are not explicitly considered by the parties in the negotiations. Such documents are our overall agreement with the employer. Individual transaction agreements are not published on the site.
